2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By using TrustCardVip, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services

TrustCardVip provides cryptocurrency-linked payment card services that allow users to spend digital assets at merchants accepting Visa and Mastercard. All card services are provided by licensed financial institution partners.

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must connect a supported cryptocurrency wallet and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet credentials.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.

6. Fees

TrustCardVip does not charge an annual fee. Conversion fees, foreign exchange fees, and other applicable charges are disclosed in the Cardholder Agreement and Fee Schedule.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the TrustCardVip platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustCardVip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the card-issuing partner is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
